Information you give us: When you submit a form, apply to become a dealer, use our chat, or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or project address, whether you are a homeowner, contractor, marine professional, or dealer, and the details you include in your message.
Text messaging information: If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date, time, and the form or method you used).
Information collected automatically: When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and requests for quotes; provide, deliver, install, and support our products; process and evaluate dealer applications and manage dealer relationships; send you the communications you requested, including text messages if you opted in; send marketing communications where permitted and where you have not opted out; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
Service providers: With companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting (Wix), customer relationship management and messaging platforms (including LeadConnector/HighLevel), email, analytics, and advertising providers, solely to help us operate our business.
Our dealer and installation partners: If you request a quote or service, we may share your contact and project details with an authorized Coastal Boat Lifts dealer or installation partner serving your area so they can assist you.
Legal and business reasons: When required by law or legal process, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Text messaging data is handled as described in Section 9 and is never shared for third-party marketing.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from us and from third parties, including Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. If you opt in to receive text messages from Coastal Boat Lifts, we collect your mobile number and your consent record (date, time and the form you used) to send you the messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
